Prayerful Life is designed with the hope that it will encourage and inspire others on their spiritual journey as they seek first the Kingdom of God. Through quotes from the early fathers of the Christian Church I hope that readers will find direction and answers leading them onward on their path to wholeness and salvation. My poems are shared as a means of connecting with brothers and sisters of faith, and also to share with those of other faiths, or no faith; exposing my fears, hopes, sorrows, observations on my journey, in an act of solidarity, encouragement and hopefully inspiration that will propel readers to a deeper level of truthfulness, and a greater, more immediate desire to fulfill God’s command to love Him with all our heart, soul, mind and strength and to love one another as we love ourselves.
